Associate - CMM Operator Ahmedabad, India | Position Code: 1209AA

About the Role: We are looking for an Associate - CMM Operator who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and independently performs CMM inspections to ensure products meet customer drawings and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience operating Hexagon CMM machines
• Strong working knowledge of PC-DMIS software (programming execution)
• Ability to create, edit, and run offline and online CMM programs
• Sound understanding of GDT
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Knowledge of datums, alignments, probe calibration, and qualification
• Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspection
• Ability to analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports
• Understanding of measurement uncertainty and inspection best practices
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of total working experience in related domain
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / Any related field
• Flexible to Shift work
• Flexibility to go beyond normal work hours in time of need and support other functions
