Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct outlet visits, identify quality issues, coordinate with the operations team and prepare quality inspection reports.
• Check proper storage, temperature control, expiry dates, and product handling.
• Ensure proper implementation of recipes, portion sizes, and product standards.
• Maintain records of quality inspections, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with store managers and kitchen teams to improve quality standards.
• Report major quality deviations to the management immediately.
• Handling customer complain redressal.

Qualifications
