Quality Control Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain Quality Control / Inspection documentation for industrial valves.
• Prepare Inspection Reports, Quality Dossiers, Test Certificates, ITP, QAP, checklists and related quality documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Inspection teams for required documentation.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness and traceability before submission to customers.
• Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, material and valve-related quality documents.
• Coordinate with customers/third-party inspectors for inspection documentation and quality requirements.
• Ensure timely submission and closure of quality documentation as per project requirements.
• Maintain and update documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong knowledge of industrial valve inspection and quality documentation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
• Good documentation, coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with QAP, ITP, inspection reports, MTC, test certificates and quality dossiers will be preferred.
