Job Description Quality Auditor

• Conduct Static & Dynamic Vehicle Audits, Product Quality Audits and PQC.
• Perform vehicle appearance, functional, craftsmanship, gap & flush, trim & finish, fit & finish, interior/exterior, chassis & underbody inspections.
• Evaluate driveability, steering feel, brake performance, NVH, BSR, ride & handling, vehicle stability and powertrain performance.
• Handle defect identification, escalation, closure monitoring and repeat defect analysis.
• Support launch readiness, launch vehicle audits, vehicle validation, customer audits, safe launch and containment activities.
• Lead audit teams and train Product Auditors / Test Track Inspectors.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit reports, Pareto analysis, KPI dashboards, trend reports, escalation reports and management presentations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, quality reporting systems and audit dashboards.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.
• Experience: 6–8 years relevant Automotive OEM experience.
• Mandatory: Passenger Vehicle Manufacturing Plant + relevant Vehicle Quality Audit experience.
• Freshers, trainees, apprentices and candidates without passenger vehicle OEM audit experience are not eligible.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
• Proven capability in vehicle evaluation, defect identification, quality reporting and audit team supervision.
