What are we looking for?
Experience, Education, and Skills Required:

Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in motion graphics design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with 3DS MAX and Blender is also beneficial.

Ability to create and conceptualize content effectively.

Strong communication skills to coordinate planning schedules effectively.

Understanding of brand and corporate guidelines to maintain consistency in visuals.

Collaboration skills to work closely with client agencies and team members.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Audition is advantageous.

Flexibility to work in shifts as required, including NIGHT shifts

Bachelor s degree with a proven track record of successful motion graphics projects.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Outlook for communication and organizational tasks.



Certifications:

Adobe CC, Motion Graphic Animations, Visual Designing
The QA Analyst is the person responsible the creation of test cases, test plans for the different projects and all QA document request

Thoroughly quality check on content and other technical aspects related to Video

Able to perform QA and QC daily activities (bug tracking, bug search and testing tasks)

Producing full-length video content based on storyboards and visual concepts.

Reviewing, editing, and refining videos as necessary to meet project objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
