Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities

• Online quality control inspection, study, analysis and feedback
• Sampling the process PV modules and reporting of Auto stringing, Lamination, Sun Simulator etc
• Overall support to Senior Manager Quality in meeting Quality objectives
• Upkeep of necessary quality documents/ drawings
• Preparing critical dimension checklist and hand over to IQC
• Ensure the highest quality standards for products manufactured
• Establish adequate process controls and ensure strict compliance
• Implementing process control charts and QC checklists at 3rd party manufacturers
• Setting up / modification of quality assurance test set up at different stations
• Take up work related to line set up/ production whenever assigned to do
• Provide daily reporting through inspection reports, charts, analysis etc
• Supporting production on new product release trials, specifications etc
