Quality Assurance Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute audit plans, reports, and recommendations.
• Provide training and guidance on quality control processes to team members.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in auditing or a related field (e.g., inspection).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GMP) and guidelines (e.g., ISO).
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Proven track record of implementing effective corrective actions based on audit findings.
