Location - Bangalore

Role Purpose: To promote Quality culture at the assigned sites by driving Quality Control & Assurance policies.

Areas of Accountability:

• Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management System to improve Construction Quality / Quality Rating scores.
• Make sure to reduce Quality issues at site and identify / address NCs in a timely, effective manner.
• Ensuring materials used are as per defined specs and standards.
• Ensuring workmanship is as per defined specs and standards for RCC structure, MEP and Civil works
• Ensuring all Sites as per the defined Quality Management System, protocols, documentation & procedures are being implemented at the assigned project sites.
• Demonstrate highest level of organization, self-discipline, integrity & professionalism.

Deliverables:

Implementation & Execution of quality management systems at the assigned projects. to enable the delivery of Zero-defect units to customers.

KPIs:

• Testing of incoming materials with respect to Inspection & Test Plan
• Inspection / Checking of workmanship of the executed works with respect to drawings, specifications, TE QMS, IS Codes, contract document, PO, WO, other applicable requirements.
• Effective implementation of TE QMS at sites.
• Create / review / revise QMS documents, formats, checklists, processes & protocols.
• Conduct detailed stage inspections with micro level attention to detail for effectively achieving zero defects in TE Homes delivered to the Customers.
• Quality rating for Structure, Finishes and Services works (Internal and external).
• Technical training, training content development, delivery & post training assessment.
• Improve Quality Culture on TE project sites.
