Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems.
• Plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies.
• Work to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
• To monitor continuous improvement programs, aiming to reduce the number of defects and improve levels of quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• M. Sc. Analytical /Organic Chemistry
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Exposure to Vendor audits, Customer complaint handling
• Knowledge on chemical properties of products.
• Good knowledge of computer and SAP-Quality module and reporting.
• Exposure to ISO Systems
• Handling of Laboratory instruments like GC, HPLC, FTIR, Autotitrator, UV, KF Titrator & other Analytical instruments have added advantage.
