Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

Own product quality and food safety at our flour mill from incoming raw material to finished product — and keep the plant certification- and customer-audit ready at all times. Reports directly to the CEO

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the FSSC 22000 food safety system, documentation and internal audits.
• Approve incoming wheat and materials; release finished goods and issue COAs.
• Run the plant laboratory and testing programme.
• Host customer and certification audits; drive CAPA to closure.
• Manage supplier approval, pest control, hygiene and traceability.
• Train plant teams in GMP and food safety.
