Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to own end-to-end quality operations at our Bhiwadi manufacturing plant. The role will drive IQC, In-Process QC, Final QC, Vendor Quality, RCA/CAPA and Quality Excellence across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IQC, In-Process QC & Final/Packaging QC
• Drive RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone & Pareto Analysis
• Monitor Quality KPIs QC Pass %, IQC Rejection, Return Rate, Audit/Fatal Scores
• Manage Vendor Quality & Incoming Quality for frames, lenses & accessories
• Lead and coach a large QA/QC team of 6070 members
• Handle customer/leadership/CEO-level quality escalations within defined TAT
• Drive SOP adherence, process audits & quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Category & CS
• Prepare daily/weekly Quality MIS, dashboards & audit scorecards
• Manage manpower planning, shift coverage and QA team performance
