Quality Assurance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement through PFMEA, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality and reduce defects using lean manufacturing principles.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., APQP) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO/TS16949) and ability to develop effective implementation plans.
• Experience with lean management methodologies such as kaizen, poka yoke, or six sigma green belt certification.
