Position Summary

The Manager, Corporate FSQA is responsible for advancing food safety, quality, and process excellence across Subway stores and suppliers in India. The role partners with cross-functional teams ensure compliance across the East and West regions, track key metrics, analyses trends, and deliver monthly performance reports that support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Process Excellence Pan India

• Drive process excellence initiatives across stores.
• Partner with the Corporate Excellence team to develop and execute REV audit success plans.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure compliance for new and acquired store openings.
• Analyse quality metrics, customer complaints, and MIS trends to identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with integrated pest management (IPM), regulatory requirements, and external testing standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure the timely closure of corrective actions.
• Lead digitisation and process improvement initiatives.

Regional Quality Assurance — East & West

• Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to implement food safety and quality programmes across assigned regions.
• Plan and conduct restaurant quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.
• Drive regional REV audit performance and improvement plans.
• Support Focus Store improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor supplier quality and ensure the timely resolution of audit findings.

Qualifications

• B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance.
• A minimum of two years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
• Experience in the QSR, food retail, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in bakery or culinary operations is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required by the business.
