Quality Assurance Manager - Ice Cream Division

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  
• Develop and implement quality control processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities, including records management.
  
• Provide training on quality systems to employees at all levels within the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (QA/QC).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of food processing industry regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP).
  
• Proficiency in developing and implementing effective quality control plans.
• Preferred from the Ice Cream Industry.
