About Geta AI Labs Geta.ai is building an AI-native customer engagement platform across WhatsApp, Voice, and Web — enabling businesses to automate, engage, and convert customers intelligently. We are moving beyond traditional automation into systems that think, decide, and act. We are looking for a strong engineering leader to help us build that future. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers on real-world products and gain hands-on exposure to modern testing frameworks, automation, performance testing, and AI-powered QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using

Playwright with TypeScript .

• Create, execute, and maintain

manual test cases , test scenarios, and test documentation.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute

API testing and validate application workflows.

• Perform basic

performance/load testing using

k6 ,

Gatling , or

JMeter .

• Leverage

AI tools to improve test case generation, debugging, documentation, and overall QA productivity.

• Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
• Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Assist in improving test automation coverage and QA processes.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of

Software Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.

• Hands-on knowledge of

Playwright with TypeScript .

• Basic understanding of

performance testing using

k6 ,

Gatling , or

JMeter .

• Ability to create and execute

manual test cases .

• Familiarity with

REST APIs /Fast APIs and API testing tools is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of

Git and version control.

• Understanding of AI-assisted development/testing tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) is preferred.
• Exposure to bug tracking and project management tools like Jira is an advantage.
• Familiarity with

CRM or customer engagement platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshworks, Zoho CRM, Intercom, etc.) is a plus.
