Quality Assurance Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Review interactions to assess quality, accuracy, and adherence to
communication guidelines.
2. Identify gaps or errors and recommend improvements to maintain service standards.
3. Ensure interactions are relevant, engaging, and consistent with brand voice.
4. Flag content that doesn't meet quality or satisfaction benchmarks for follow-up.
5. Support consistency in customer experience across the platform.
6. Track and update performance metrics on internal QA dashboard.
