About this role
- Ensure quality of raw materials, packaging & finished products.
- Monitor quality, yield and waste throughout production.
- Conduct product testing for Fat, SNF, pH, acidity, overrun, temperature, taste & texture.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP & SOPs.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, CIP and cold-chain conditions.
- Identify deviations and implement CAPA & corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, sampling, batch traceability & reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance & R&D to resolve quality issues.
- Support audits, inspections and customer complaint investigations.
