Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual Testing + Selenium Automation) Location: On site Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in both Manual Testing and Selenium Automation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality software, have strong analytical skills, and be capable of designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and automation scripts. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test strategies. Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios. Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Execute regression, smoke, sanity, functional, integration, and UAT testing. Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve issues. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA reviews. Validate REST APIs using tools like Postman. Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and quality metrics. Continuously improve test processes and automation coverage.
