Position: QA Engineer

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Pune / Chennai

Work Model: Work From Office (5 Days a Week – Client Location) About the Role Synechron is looking for a talented and detail-oriented

QA Engineer with strong expertise in

Manual and Automation Testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

TOSCA , API testing, database testing, and test automation frameworks. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform Manual and Automation Testing for web and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using

TOSCA .

• Conduct

API Testing using tools such as Postman.

• Perform

Database Testing and validate data integrity across systems.

• Identify, track, and report defects while working closely with development teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test strategy planning, and test execution.
• Ensure software quality standards are met throughout the SDLC. Required Skills
• Strong experience in

Manual Testing and

Automation Testing .

• Hands-on experience with

TOSCA Automation Tool .

• Expertise in

API Testing using Postman.

• Experience in

Database Testing .

• Strong knowledge of

PostgreSQL .

• Good understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and test lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Banking or Financial Services projects is an added advantage.
