This role requires a strong mix of hands-on automation expertise, leadership capability and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams. K ey R esponsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools and frameworks
• Write and maintain scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly using defect management tools
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify and clarify system requirements
• Monitor and analyze debugging process results
• Ensure timely, high-quality releases in an Agile development environment
• Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency, tools, and methodologies Q ualification/ S kills r equired
• Proven experience in

automation testing of mobile applications, web applications, and backend systems

• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as

Selenium, Playwright, or Appium

• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing techniques
• Proficiency in API testing and regression testing
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into release workflows
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
