Quality Assurance Engineer

Role: Automation QA Engineer

Location: Kochi (On-site – Aluva)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Automation QA Engineer to strengthen our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, and execute manual testing to ensure high-quality product releases. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and backend systems
• Create and maintain detailed manual test cases
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers and product managers for better test coverage
• Improve QA processes, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in QA automation and manual testing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Experience in API testing (Postman / REST Assured)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with microservices and cloud applications
• Exposure to performance testing
