Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using defect management tools.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
