Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Quality Assurance Specialist will review and monitor processes to ensure that automation solutions meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests, documenting findings, identifying nonconformities, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves supporting internal and external quality audits, maintaining quality documentation and contributing to the continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, reliable and safe delivery of Automation & Fixture products and Services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance to ensure products and processes consistently meet requirements. Experience in Quality like 7QC, RCA, CAPA, WHy-why analysis is preferable.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management System, including maintaining and improving quality systems and documentation. EMS & OSHAS knowledge is an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related standards applicable to automation and industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Auditing, including planning, conducting and reporting internal and supplier audits.
• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in automation, manufacturing or industrial process environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in spoken and written English. Kannada speaking is mandatory.
