Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Salesforce Automation Tester / Engineer

Location: Chennai

What you'll do:

• Test Salesforce applications using both manual and automation testing.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using AccelQ (preferred) or Selenium.
• Perform API testing using REST and SOAP with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or Rest Assured.
• Test Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations with other systems.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Support automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Log and track defects using Jira, qTest, or similar tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• Experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with AccelQ or Selenium.
• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing.
• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar defect management tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and CI/CD practices.
