Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct validation testing, qualification testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for test plans, procedures, reports, and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve issues related to product defects or non-conformities.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of document control principles and practices.
• Proficiency in performing validation testing, qualification testing, and quality assurance activities.
