We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright, Java, API Testing, and Automation Framework Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing test automation frameworks, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve software quality, test coverage, and release efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• 8-14 years of experience in Automation Testing and Manual Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Framework.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience in API Testing and Backend Testing.
• Expertise in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in CI/CD integration and test automation best practices.
• Ability to lead discussions with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to define and implement automation strategies.
• Drive automation goals, KPIs, and quality engineering best practices across projects.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Conduct research and implement innovative approaches to improve test coverage and automation effectiveness.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor team members on automation best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning, and progress review meetings.
• Explore and contribute to AI-powered testing solutions and AI Agent development initiatives
