The role
Day-to-day work involves hands-on experience with the latest, cutting-edge AI models from many leading providers. We work intimately with AI models and new tech in general.
QA Analyst
As a QA Analyst, you ll be on the front lines, executing tests, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. The core responsibility of this position is to step into tests as a human-in-the-loop, and to maintain test plan automation prompts for our customers as their apps evolve. Generally, a day as a QA Analyst looks like:
As a QA Analyst, you ll be on the front lines, executing tests, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. The core responsibility of this position is to step into tests as a human-in-the-loop, and to maintain test plan automation prompts for our customers as their apps evolve. Generally, a day as a QA Analyst looks like:
- Overseeing our Runner Agent as it executes tests on 6-10 devices concurrently
- Stepping in as needed to provide input if Runner Agent is confused, or has observed a failure
- Documenting failures by writing up failure summaries
- Updating Test Plan Prompts and README files to reflect changes to expected behavior in the applications under test
Migration Specialist
Migration specialists support the one-off effort of converting tests written in our old, legacy automation framework to our new agentic AI framework. This process involves:
Reviewing and understanding the suite architecture of our legacy tests so we can reuse their testing flows and test data
Using our AI Builder tool, execute the test flows as described in the legacy test plans.
Review the outputs generated by our AI Builder and correct and refine them as needed.
Execute an initial run of the tests in our AI Runner Agent to confirm that the prompts are sufficient. If there are issues with the prompts during the initial run, implement any necessary edits to alleviate the issues.

- Perform and oversee manual tests for mobile applications, focusing on discovering bugs and uncovering improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer issues, offering your insights and becoming a trusted resource in the company.
- Document findings via detailed reports and video, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Plan and execute automated mobile app testing using our mechanical robots.
- Participate in meetings where you will contribute to the ongoing process improvements, and document internal workflows.
