Our digital learning solutions span onboarding, compliance, and sales enablement, built on proven models and powered by creativity, technology, and strategy.1.7em;">The RoleNormal">We're looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of eLearning solutions, including web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), and mobile learning content. In this role, you'll perform manual and basic automated testing to confirm compliance with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and project requirements.1.7em;">What You'll Do• Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, covering functionality, design consistency, and user experience• Conduct manual and basic automated testing of WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses• Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as SCORM, AICC, and WCAG/Section 508• Validate content across different Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and functionality• Identify, document, and report defects using tools like Jira or other defect-tracking software• Support accessibility testing to confirm courses meet inclusion standards Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from with instructions to complete a required screening step.
