Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers through various communication channels (chat, email, etc.).
  
• Handle international chat process , ensuring excellent customer service.
  
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively using problem-solving skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
  
• Strong understanding of chat processing, international processes, and non-voice operations.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required by the business needs.
