Quality Analyst (International Voice Process)
Location: DLF, Hyderabad
Salary: 4.5 to 5.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Rotational Week Offs
Key Requirements:
- 1-4 years of QA experience in an International Voice Process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and call auditing
- Experience in call monitoring, feedback, and reporting
- Graduate in any discipline
