Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complex issues effectively.
