Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality analysis of dental claims to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Develop and maintain processes to improve claim accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in dental billing or related field.
• Strong understanding of AR calling principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers.
