Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in medical billing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures for revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
• Analyze data to track trends, identify root causes of errors, and optimize RCM performance.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in US healthcare industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of RCM principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience conducting quality audits or similar activities in a hospital setting.
