Job Description – Quality Analyst (QA)
Company: Teleperformance Process: International Customer Service (Chat/Blended) Location: Hyderabad Shift: 24/7 rotational, 5 days working Salary: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents for performance improvement.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective measures.
- Prepare quality reports and share insights with management.
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as QA in customer service (international process preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
