Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality analysis of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute manual testing activities to ensure high-quality products.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Postman, Selenium, SQL to track defects and manage the defect life cycle.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in Quality Analysis or related field (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Strong understanding of API testing, automation testing using Selenium/Postman, manual testing techniques.
• Proficiency in SDLC/STLC methodologies with knowledge of JIRA toolset.
