Quality Analyst

We’re looking for a Quality Analyst who sees beyond test cases and understands product intent. This role is not about ticking boxes—it’s about ensuring that what gets delivered actually works, makes sense, and holds up in real-world usage. If you instinctively question flows, catch inconsistencies, and think like an end user, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to define test scenarios
• Create and execute detailed test cases across web/mobile applications
• Identify defects, document them clearly, and track them to closure
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve feature quality
• Participate in requirement reviews to proactively identify gaps
• Ensure product behavior aligns with user expectations—not just specs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in manual testing
• Ability to break down complex workflows into clear test scenarios
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills to articulate issues clearly

Good to Have

• Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
