Quality Analyst - Willing To relocate To Bangkok

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this role, YOU must meet the following criteria

• Minimum 1year of experience in Quality analysis or data analysis.
• Fluent in  Bengali / Hindi ( minimum C1) in reading , speaking and writing
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 ).
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Passport is mandatory.
• Ready to fly soon. 
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules including night shifts.
  

Selection Process:

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate Content Moderation  to achieve KPIs and maintain service quality.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training updates.
• Monitor effective coaching and sampling
• Manage performance metrics such as quality, Omega, BQ
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support for skill development and process adherence.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, recommending improvements to enhance team productivity.
• Handle client requirements and ensure alignment with service expectations.
• Escalate critical issues to higher management when necessary
