- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with quality management tools and technologies is an asset.
