Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Analyst
• DME Billing experience is mandatory
• Candidates currently working as SME / Senior Associate / DME Biller who are handling QA or audit activities are also eligible
• Non-designated QA candidates are welcome to apply!
• Looking for Immediate Joiners ( Notice period candidates are not eligible )
• 2 Way Cab will be Free of cost
• Night Shift ( 6pm-3am)
• Work from Office Role ( No Work from Home )

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits for DME billing processes
• Identify billing errors, process gaps, and quality issues
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with defined quality standards
• Provide feedback to associates and support quality improvement
• Analyze recurring errors and identify root causes
• Maintain audit reports, quality scores, and documentation
• Work closely with Operations and Training teams to improve process quality
