We are hiring for the role of Quality Analyst Call Auditing / Call Monitoring for a reputed healthcare customer support organization.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Experience : 4 Yrs to 10 Yrs (Atleast 2 Yrs of Quality Experience is mandatory)

Interview: Face-to-Face

Notice period : 30 days to 60 Days (immediate joiners not preferred)

Experience Required: Healthcare Experience in Call Auditing / Call Monitoring / Quality Assurance in customer support operations

Must : US healthcare or domestic Healthcare Experience
