QS - Mechanical/Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed estimates, tenders, and quotations for electrical projects.
• Conduct rate analysis to determine the most cost-effective options for clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in preparing estimates, tenders, quotes, and other financial documents.
• Ability to analyze rates effectively to optimize costs.
