QS - MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed estimates, tenders, and quotations for electrical projects.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities of materials required and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in quantities or pricing.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor (QS).
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in preparing estimates, tenders, quotes, and other related documents.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
