Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
- Handle RA Bills, contractor bills, and measurement verification.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
- Review contracts, work orders, and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with site, planning, billing, and project teams.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and cost-related reports.
- Ensure accurate measurement and billing as per drawings and specifications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in High-Rise & Commercial Building Projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
