Qs Engineer - Estimation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS Engineer to handle quantity surveying, estimation, billing, cost control, and commercial activities for construction projects. Candidates with KIFB project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and measurements.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, and variations.
• Prepare variation statements and additional work claims.
• Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and accounts teams.
• Verify measurements at site and ensure quantities match actual work completed.
• Assist in tender preparation, quotation comparison, and cost estimation.
• Maintain project quantity and cost records.
• Prepare monthly valuation and progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of measurements, bills, and supporting documents.
• Support project teams in resolving commercial and quantity-related issues.
