1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
2. Prepare RA Bills / Running Account Bills based on actual site
measurements.
3. Prepare subcontractor and supplier bills.
4. Verify measurements, abstracts, and supporting documents.
5. Coordinate with site engineers for accurate measurements and
billing.
