Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and monitor project progress.
  
• Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Develop bill of quantities (BOQ) for civil projects.
  
• Create bar bending schedules and contractor bills.
  
• Ensure accurate estimation and costing of materials.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in preparing BOQ, estimating quantities, monitoring project progress, creating BBS, generating contractor bills, and ensuring accuracy in material costing.
