QS&Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost calculations.
• Prepare and verify RA Bills, Measurement Sheets, Abstracts, and Client Bills.
• Verify site quantities, subcontractor bills, work orders, and measurements.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and material reconciliation.
• Prepare variation, deviation, extra-item, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Execution, Procurement, Design, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain billing, measurement, work order, and payment records.
• Prepare cost reports, budget vs. actuals, and cost forecasts.
• Ensure billing complies with BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
• Support final billing, client coordination, and project close-out.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
