Qs & Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis for projects.
  
• Conduct quantity estimation, cost estimation, and quantity analysis for civil works.
  
• Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and finalize vendor lists.
  
• Manage subcontractor billing, contractor billing, material reconciliation, and RA bills.
  
• Ensure accurate measurement of materials at sites to avoid discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Qs & Billing Engineering with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, cost estimation, quantity analysis, client billing, subcontractor billing, BBS creation.
  
• Strong understanding of Mivan technology is an added advantage.
  
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is required.
