QMS Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage change controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Investigate market complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) procedures for OSD products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of QMS processes.
  
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in QMS operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in QMS role.
  
• Strong understanding of Change Control, Market Complaints, Investigation, and OSD regulations.
  
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QMS programs.
