About this role
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare, update, and maintain QMS documents, procedures, SOPs, and quality records.
- Monitor compliance with approved procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Support internal audits and coordinate with departments for audit observations and corrective actions.
- Maintain and monitor NCR, CAPA, customer complaints, and corrective action records.
- Collect and prepare quality data, KPI reports, and monthly QMS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and other departments for quality-related activities.
- Support external/customer audits and drive continuous improvement in the QMS.
